1. General Terms & Conditions

Casino Orca is owned and licensed by Versus Odds B.V.

Casino Orca is licensed and regulated in virtue of license number  No. OGL/2024/1410/0814 granted by the Government of Curacao.

This document provides you with rules and obligations under which you may use our website Casino Orca (referred to as website).

We ask you to read these terms of use carefully before starting to use the website. By using the website, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please do not use the website or any of its services.

It is solely your responsibility to check if you are a resident of any jurisdiction that has laws preventing online gaming. If you are, you are not allowed to play or use Casino Orca or any related site.

When registering on our website you accept the terms and conditions written on this page.

You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions whether you access the website through a computer network, mobile network or any other means. Your failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in disqualification, closure of your account with us, forfeiture of funds and/or legal action against you, as appropriate and as further specified in these terms and conditions.

2. Definitions of terms used in this document

“Account” means an account held by you with us (Versus Odds B.V. with its website Orcacasinos.com) for the purposes of carrying out betting and gaming transactions via the website.

“Account Balance” means the amount of real money in your account at any time, excluding pending bets and any amounts forfeited by us or due to us for any reason.

“Games” mean any and all of the games, gambling and betting services offered from time to time on the website, including but not limited to the casino, poker, bingo and lotto, sports betting and live betting and any one-off tournaments and events.

“Shared Game Platform” means a server, platform and software system that enables you to play games, tables and tournaments with players registered with other companies through websites which give access to the same server, platform and software system.

“Software” means the software which we expressly make available to you on the website in order for you to play or participate in the games.

“Website” means Casino Orca.

3. Eligibility

3.1 You may only participate in the games if you are over 18 years of age and over the minimum legal age in the territory where you are based when you use the website. If for any reason, an underage player manages to open an account and deposit funds, any funds deposited or money won by any such persons shall be forfeited to the Authority.

3.2 If you are an officer, director, employee, consultant or agent of or one of its group companies, suppliers or vendors, you are not permitted to register with us or to participate directly or indirectly in any of the games. If you are a relative of the above mentioned, we reserve the right to close your account or block you from participating in the games. For these purposes, the term ‘relative’ means a spouse, partner, parent, grandparent,uncle/aunt, child or sibling.

4. 1 We may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you. Some of the provisions contained in these terms of use may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on the website.

5. About Casino Orca

5.1 Orca Casino is operated by Versus Odds B.V bearing company registration number 147011, a company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao, having its registered address at Korporaalweg 10, Willemstad, Curaçao, pending the license awarding by the GCB (Curacao Gaming Control Board) No. OGL/2024/1410/0814. Payments are processed by Deloraze Limited, with its registered address at Themistoklis Dervis Street 41, Hawaii Tower, 1st Floor, 1066 Nicosia, Cyprus, registration number HE 410283, as per agreement between the two companies.

6. Account 

6.1 Registration and opening an account

In order to participate in any of the games for real money, you must first open an account with us.

a) A request to open an account is made by filling out the registration form and submitting it to us online. We reserve the right to refuse to open an account.

b) You must enter all the requested mandatory information into your registration form, including your name, place of residence, date of birth, e-mail address and relevant payment information, all of which must be true, complete and current. The name on your registration form must match the name on your debit/credit card if using. You may only register your own details. You participate in the games on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is true, complete and current and you must update your account immediately in the event of any changes in the accuracy of the information provided.

c) We or third parties instructed by us may carry out verification procedures to verify your identity, either when you open an account or at a later date. Your Account may be blocked or closed if you are found to have submitted false or misleading information.

d) As part of the registration process, you will have to choose a username and password in order to log on to the website and use your account. It is your sole and exclusive responsibility to ensure that your username and password are kept securely and not disclosed to anyone. We are not responsible for any abuse or misuse of your Account by third parties due to your disclosure, whether intentionally or unintentionally, directly or indirectly, of your username and/or password to a third party. You will not be refunded for any losses which result from such disclosure.

6.2 We are not required to maintain user names or passwords although if you have lost your username or password, please contact us for a replacement. If you misplace, forget, or lose your username or password because of anything other than our error, we will not be responsible.

6.3 You are allowed to have only one account. If you attempt to open more than one account, all your accounts may be blocked or closed. You are not allowed to sell, transfer or acquire an account with us from any other user. In addition if there is any kind of connection between player account with other accounts registered Orca Casino. We reserve the right to close any accounts that are traced to the same address, IP address or computer or are suspected of having been transferred between users and freeze any winnings on those accounts. To avoid doubt, a group of players shall be considered 2 or more players linked together based on device information, betting behavior, gameplay history, IP address, and/or personal details. If we have deposited any bonuses, winnings or other funds into an account, we reserve the right to remove such funds at any time.

7. Closing your Account

7.1 You are entitled to close your account at any time by sending an email to or doing so in My Profile. We will endeavour to respond within a reasonable time. You are responsible for all activity on your account until such closure has been acknowledged and affected by us.

7.2 We will honour all contractual obligations made to you before closure of your account. You are responsible for withdrawing your account balance when you close your account.

7.3 We reserve the right to close your account at any time in accordance with these terms and conditions.

8. Inactive Accounts

8.1 If no transaction is recorded on your account for 6 months, the account will be considered inactive, and we will remit the account balance to you. If you cannot satisfactorily be located we are obliged by the rules of the Curacao legislations to remit your account balance to the Curacao legislations.

8.2 We reserve the right to withhold and remove any bonuses awarded to you if such bonuses have not been used within 6 months from the date when they were awarded.

9. Termination of user account

9.1 We reserve the right, in our discretion, to cancel your registration, withhold your account monies, suspend your account for a limited period of time or close your account if:

a) You are in breach of any of these terms and conditions or any of the rules, terms or conditions set out in any of the documents referred to in here;

b) You have taken advantage of, or are suspected of taking advantage of, a system error or game error to make financial gains or gain an unfair advantage;

c) You are or have been involved in or have been suspected to be involved in any fraudulent activities (read Fraud Control);

d) You have ‘charged back’ or denied any of the purchases or deposits that you made to your account;

9.2 We reserve the right to do any of the above in relation to any accounts you may have with other sites and services owned or operated by or on behalf of us and any sites and services that use the same shared game platform.

9.3 We will carry out all contractual obligations of ours made to you before closure of your account. However, we reserve the right to retain your account balance and recover any pay-outs, bonuses and winnings if we believe any money is due to us or any third party. Account balances may be non-refundable.

9.4 All decision made by Orca Casino are final.

10. Deposits

10.1 In order to play the games for real money (as opposed to ‘fun money’), you will be required to pay money into your account. You may participate in games for real money only if you have sufficient funds in your account for such participation. We do not grant credit for you to participate in any of our games or use any of our services. All monies have to be provided by the user.

10.2 You acknowledge that the funds in your account are consumed instantly when playing and we do not provide return of goods, refunds or retrospective cancellation of your account.

10.3 All information required to deposit funds into your account can be found under the My Account and Deposit pages of the website. You can use any of the methods specified in these pages which are available to you. Please note that some of the methods may not be available in your country.

10.4 We reserve the right to set limits on the amount you may deposit into your account if we decide it is necessary to do so. We may set daily, weekly or monthly limits. You may also request limits to be set on the amount you may deposit into your account if you wish to control your spending.

10.5 Depending on the method selected, deposits may incur charges. For current fees regarding depositing funds, see My Account and Deposit for each deposit method. Your bank may charge you independently for bank wire transfers and other methods of payment. If you are uncertain about whether you will be charged, we recommend that you talk to your bank.

10.6 We reserve the right to apply a wagering requirement of at least 5 (five) times the deposit amount at our sole discretion as per AML policy.

10.7 We may use third-party electronic payment processors and/or financial institutions (“Electronic Service Providers”) to process financial transactions. You irrevocably authorize us to instruct such Electronic Service Providers to handle Account deposits and withdrawals from your Account and you irrevocably agree that we may give such instructions on your behalf in accordance with your requests as submitted using the relevant feature on the website. You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of use of each applicable Electronic Service Provider. In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions and the Electronic Service Provider’s terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

10.8 When using a credit or debit card for depositing funds, your funds only clear when we have received an approval and authorization code from our Electronic Service Provider. If we do not receive such authorization your Account will not be credited with those funds, nor will your card be charged.

10.9 All payments into your account must be from a payment source on which you are the named account holder.

10.10 Transfer of funds between your account and other player accounts is prohibited.

10.11 Credit balances in your account will not bear interest. However, we will protect the funds in your account in accordance with the regulations set down by the Curacao legislations.

10.12 If we mistakenly credit your Member Account with winnings that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical, error in the pay-tables, or human error or otherwise, the amount will remain our property and will be deducted from your Member Account. If you have withdrawn funds that do not belong to you prior to us becoming aware of the error, the mistakenly paid amount will (without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law) constitute a debt owed by you to us. In the event of an incorrect crediting, you are obliged to notify us immediately by email.

11. Withdrawal of winnings

11.1 Money deposited must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made, i.e. the player account should not be used to only deposit and withdraw money. We reserve the right to apply a wagering requirement of at least 5 (five) times the deposit amount at our sole discretion as per AML policy before making withdrawal. Charge of 20% may apply to all deposits/withdrawals if the amount has not been turned over. If you wish to make any withdrawals from your Account you should go to the withdrawal page in My Account. 11.2 Our acceptance of any withdrawal requests you make is subject to any deposit method restriction, bonus restriction, security review and any other of these terms and conditions. All amounts you withdraw are subject to the maximum limits set by us from time to time and any charges imposed by your bank or financial services provider.

11.3 We will remit funds standing to the credit of your account no later than three working days, if practicable, after receipt of your withdrawal request, although there may be delays due to any security reviews which we decide to undertake.

11.4 We reserve the right to carry out security reviews for any withdrawals you make and will always carry out identity verification procedures for withdrawals exceeding the equivalent of 200,00€ or such other maximum amount as may be set from time to time, and to any withdrawals of funds not used for wagering.

11.5 Payment of funds that you withdraw shall be made using the same method as you deposited the funds, unless we state otherwise on the website or deem it necessary, in our sole discretion, to use a different method.

11.6 We recommend that you keep a copy of all records of transactions into and out of your account.

12. Receiving the winnings

12.1 Note: Orcacasinos.com reserves the right to refuse or withhold any bonus amounts or winnings if the player’s deposited funds were cancelled or denied by the payment service. Successful withdrawals will be paid back to the player’s original method of deposit. If the deposit method account does not support a refund, or if the refund is not possible for whatever reason, withdrawals will be paid to the player via any payment method used by a player to deposit in Orca Casino in the past.

12.2 In special cases, usually to prevent money laundering, the cashier will reserve the right to pay the player’s withdrawal via any method even if the player requested otherwise. Withdrawal requests to credit cards which are not refundable will be either issued to an e-wallet of player’s choice or via Wire Transfer or Bank Draft. In this case all processing fees are player’s responsibility.

12.3 Orca Casino finance department may take up to twentyfour (24) hours in order to process the withdrawal, after all the requested account verification documents are received and confirmed.

12.4 In case of big winnings the maximum withdrawal of such winning may not be greater than 2.500 EUR, or the equivalent amount in your chosen currency, per week (defined as 7 days) and 10.000 EUR per calendar month excluding Jackpot winnings. You agree that we shall only be obliged to pay to you the maximum amount specified above.

13. Game Payouts

13.1 When we confirm the outcome or result of any game in which you have been participating, all winnings made by you will be transferred to your account as soon as reasonably possible. All national and local taxes due in connection with any winnings awarded to you are your sole liability. Account balances cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for any other prize.

13.2 If we mistakenly credit your account with winnings that do not belong to you, the amount wrongly credited will remain our property and will be transferred out of your Account. If prior to us becoming aware of the error you have withdrawn funds that do not belong to you, the mistakenly credited amount will constitute a debt owed by you to us. If you become aware of an incorrect credit into your account you are obliged to notify us immediately at Orca Casino.

13.3 If deposits or transfers effected are not used for the sole purpose of gaming or wagering and in Casino Orca’s discretion there is suspicion of abuse (for instance where an appropriate level of gameplay has not occurred) the customer shall be deemed to be abusing exchange rate fluctuations and Casino Orca reserves the right in its absolute discretion to cancel the respective deposit/s or transfers in part or in full and to retract any costs that may have resulted in conjunction herewith. Casino Orca also reserves the right to close that account indefinitely.

14. Shared Game Platforms 

14.1 We reserve the right, but are not obliged, to run and utilize a shared game platform. In the event that we run or utilize a shared game platform, you agree that you may be pooled into common games or tables, at our sole discretion.

14.2 You are not allowed to play any games on a shared game platform against yourself using accounts set up through different websites. If it comes to our attention that you are doing so we may remove you from the game, confiscate any winnings you have made and close your account.

14.3 If you are in breach of the terms and conditions of any website or company that operates on the shared game platform, we reserve the right to block you, in part or in full, from the entire system so that you may not play through any website or company using the shared game platform.

15. Games and Bonuses

15.1 Our bonuses and games are created with the purpose of entertaining. If deposits matched with any bonus or clean deposits are not used with the same purpose, the casino deems such actions as bonus abuse – violation of the General Terms and Conditions. If the Player uses such strategies, and if the Casino has sufficient grounds to believe that the Player’s actions are aimed solely to obtain unfair financial benefits (also can be deemed as fraudelent activities) using the bonus advantage or unfair advantage over casino with clean deposits, then we reserve the right to investigate, cancel, suspend or lock any account at any time. Winnings and subsequent gaming activity and wins will be revoked and annulled and the deposit is returned in this case.

15.2 A list of what may be deemed as bonus abuse may include but is not limited to:

– delaying game rounds in any game, including free spins and bonus features, to a later time when you have no wagering requirements;
– leaving large bets on the table, for example in blackjack, and returning to the game after bonus wagering has been completed;
– playing games with bonus money to build up in-game value, lose bethe bonus funds, and then cash out on the built-up value during real-money play;
– using strategies that take advantage of any software bug or failure.

15.3 All bonuses have an end date. If the bonus conditions are not fulfilled at the end time, Casino Orca has the right to cancel the bonus or remove the bonus money from the gaming account. We have right to remove bonus money or winnings generated from any deposit bonus or any type of cashback, free spins, tournament rewards or money reward from players account if the player has not successfully withdraw winnings or granted cashback, tournament reward, free spins winnings or money reward in 30 days after bonus, cashback, free spins or money reward was issued or granted.

15.4 The rules for playing or participating in each of the games are set out in the Orcacasinos.com game rules. Further rules or instructions may appear on those pages of the website which relate to a particular game from time to time. All the rules for all of the games form an integral part of these terms and conditions and by accepting these terms and conditions you agree to be bound by them and to play the games in accordance with them. We reserve the right to amend any rules for any of the games from time to time at our discretion.

15.5 Details of any loyalty or bonus programs we may have in place from time to time are also set out in the Orcacasinos.com game rules. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of these programs at any time at our discretion.

15.6 Some of the games are operated by third-party companies and we are licensed by these third-party companies to provide their games to you. The third-party companies are obliged to hold the necessary permits and licenses to provide gaming services. We are authorized to receive, hold and pay funds to you for the purpose of transactions and settlements in these third-party games, but as they are not licensed, managed or controlled by us we make no warranties for them and exclude all other liability in relation to them.

15.7 By playing or participating in any of the games, you acknowledge that you do not find the games or our website to be offensive, objectionable, unfair or indecent in any way.

15.8 If you have any dispute with regard to any outcome in the games or any other activity, you must submit your complaint to us in writing within 90 days of the incident by e-mail to [email protected].

16. Accessing the website

16.1 You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the website. You are also responsible for ensuring that any person who has access to the website through your internet connection is aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.

16.2 Access to parts of the website is restricted to users who have registered with us.

16.3 It is players responsibility to adhere to national legislation in its country.  If player opens an account in a prohibited country then we are not obligated to refund any funds you may have won or wagered in this instance. Specifically, residents of Czech Republic, Cambodia, Cyprus, Italy, Kuwait, Netherlands, Slovakia, the Dutch Caribbean Island of Curaçao, United States of America, the United Kingdom, are prohibited from using this website.

16.3.1 Any player that is physically present in any of these countries, at the moment when an acceptance of the contract is concluded, is strictly prohibited from using the online gaming services. If a player is found in breach of this and provides misleading details on their location, all deposits and withdrawals will be null and void.

17. Intellectual property rights

17.6 The name “Orca Casino” and the associated logos and marks used on the website are registered trademarks which belong to us. All other names, marks and logos on the website either belong to us or our group companies or licensors. You have no right to use any of these names, logos or marks without our consent.

18. System and Game Errors

18.1 If you become aware of any errors with respect to your account or any calculations with respect to any bet or wager you have placed you must inform us immediately, by writing e-mail to [email protected].

18.2 In the event of any system failure or game error (a divergence from the normal functioning of the game logic) for whatever reason that results in an error in any odds calculation, charges, fees, rake, bonuses or payout, we will seek to place all parties in the position they were in immediately before the error occurred. We reserve the right to declare null and void any bets and wagers that were the subject of such error and to take any money from your account relating to these bets and wagers or, if there are insufficient funds in your account, demand that you pay us the relevant outstanding amount relating to these bets and wagers

19. Betting and Gaming via the website

We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice. 23. The website changes

23.1 We aim to update the website regularly, and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to the website, or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on the website may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.

-Be threatening, abuse or invade another’s privacy, or annoy others.

-Contain any untrue or malicious material related to any business or entity, including ours.

-Refer to any fraudulent or illegal activity or be used to collude with others in relation to such activity.

-Promote sexually explicit material, violence, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.

-Infringe any copyright, database right or trade mark of any other person.

26. Limitation and Exclusions of Liability

26.1 Your use of the website and all the services we provide to you on the website, including your download of the Software and your participation in the games is at your sole option, discretion and risk.

26.2 The material displayed on the website, the Software, the games and any other services we provide to you are provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties. In particular, we do not warrant that the functions contained in the games or the Software will meet your requirements, nor that their operations will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any malfunctions of the Software or bugs or viruses which result in lost data or any other damage to your hardware or software. We are not required to provide a redundant or backup network or system.

26.5 Any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with or arising out of your use of the website or any of the services we provide to you on the website, the Software or your participation in the games, including, without limitation, any liability for loss of income or revenue; loss of business; loss of profits or contracts; loss of anticipated savings; loss of data; loss of goodwill; wasted management or office time; or for any other loss or damage of any kind, however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable.

26.6 Our maximum liability to you, if any, is limited to the amount you have deposited into your Account in the previous 6 months less the amount you have withdrawn from your Account in the previous 6 months.

26.7 To the extent that we may not, as a matter of law, disclaim any liability or exclude any implied warranty or condition, the scope and duration of such warranty or liability shall be the minimum permitted under applicable law.

26.8 Nothing set out in these terms and conditions affects our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence.Ž

27. Responsible Gaming

28. Security Reviews

28.1 To maintain a high level of security and integrity in the system, we reserve the right to conduct a security review at any time to, amongst other things, validate your identity, age, place of residence and other registration data provided by you, check the manner in which you are playing or participating in the games and verify your financial transactions to prevent money laundering, potential breach of these terms and conditions or of applicable law.

28.2 You authorize us and our agents (affiliates) to make enquiries of you and you agree to provide such information or documentation as we may reasonably request in order for us to undertake a security review. You authorize us to use the information or documentation you provide to us and disclose it to any third-party we consider necessary in order to verify or validate it.

29. Disputed Results

29.1 Our records, or the records of the third-party companies which operate the games, will be the final authority in determining the terms of your participation in the games, the results of the games and, if relevant, any activities which took place during a Game and the circumstances in which they took place.
